MHSA BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors is responsible for the stewardship of the Manufacturers’ Health & Safety Association through the provision of effective leadership to management regarding the business and affairs of the organization and to ensure accountability to the stakeholders.
The ten person Board, who each sit for three year terms, is composed of a cross section of industry representatives and the interests of labour. The Board meets regularly to carry out its responsibilities to ensure the short and long-term success of the organization giving consideration to the needs of the stakeholders and the requirements of pertinent legislation.
The Board is aided by two advisors, one from each of the Workers’ Compensation Board and Workplace Health & Safety, who provide guidance relative to relating to the WCB and general safety issues relating to government legislation.
