Due to the in-depth theory in the morning session and the practical driving exam in the afternoon, this course is limited to a maximum of 10(ten) participants total.

The Forklift Operators Training is scheduled regularly during the year. This course is designed to provide classroom and practical hands on training and certification for Forklift Operators who have either very limited or more extensive experience in handling a lift truck. The classroom and practical training covers the safe operations and handling of regular lift trucks in both the shop and yard working environment.


Students must have some forklift experience to be able to participate in this course.


This course has an examination that has to be completed before a certificate will be issued


Students must have a reasonable command of written and spoken English to be able to complete this training.


In some circumstances student will be given an oral examination.


When registering students please make sure the person taking the registration is aware of students who do not have a reasonable command of English.


Special arrangements can be made to deliver this training to students with English as a second language. Please discuss this with your Safety Advisor.


Successful participants will receive recognized operator certification, as well as a wallet card and certificate of completion.
