The Health & Safety Committee Guidelines Course is designed for our members to establish an effective joint occupational safety and health committee or to help fine tune a committee which is already in place

This 4 hour course provides general information on how to start and then maintain a committee, as well as information about the roles and responsibilities of employers and workers.

The course includes an informative video presentation and workshop.

The MHSA recognizes that the need of each work site committee and the safety representative will vary due to the size and conditions of the workplace, the nature of the safety concerns and the level of experience of your committee members.
