This one day course is classroom based and designed to train your Supervisor & Lead Hands on how to effectively instruct the "Making Your Move" crane course to the crane operators at your company.

This one day course is designed to accomplish the following:

• Proper Instructional Theory
• Course Delivery Options
• Classroom Techniques
• Course Details
• Course Lesson Plans

Participants will also be instructed in:

• Government legislation
• Crane inspection and maintenance
• Crane operation
• Planning and lift execution
• Other factors necessary for safe crane operation

Upon completion your personnel will be able to effectively train your company Crane Operators in the safest and most efficient methods of overhead crane operation.

Completion of the Basic Rigging Safety Course is MANDATORY.

Personnel taking this course must have Overhead Crane and Rigging experience.

Care should be taken in selecting the personnel for this course as they should be capable of providing quality instruction to employees.

This course has an examination that has to be completed before a certificate will be issued


Students must have a reasonable command of written and spoken English to be able to complete this training.


In some circumstances student will be given an oral examination.


When registering students please make sure the person taking the registration is aware of students who do not have a reasonable command of English.


Special arrangements can be made to deliver this training to students with English as a second language. Please discuss this with your Safety Advisor.
