use of alcohol and drugs in the workplace continues to be a major
concern for both employers and employees. What to do about the problem
is even a bigger concern.
The
purpose of this course is to provide managers, supervisors, lead
hands and employees with an understanding of substance abuse as
it affects the workplace, the importance of dealing with these issues
as they arise and how to deal with them once they do arise.

This
is a one day course and should be attended by managers, supervisors,
lead hands, safety personnel and other company personnel who would
deal with this issue in the workplace.
