Course Description

This 2-day course is designed to provide knowledge of how to effectively deal with the aftermath of a critical incident such as a serious injury or fatality in the workplace. The aim is to provide participants with a better understanding of the roles that both management and staff have after a traumatic event.

Through a combination of role-playing, practical exercises and videos, participants will be better prepared to intervene professionally and support employees’ emotional needs after a critical incident.
