The Government of Alberta’s Bill 30 is an Act to Protect the Health & Well-being of Working Albertans.

MHSA is presently reviewing such legislative changes, in an effort to identify what such changes will mean for us, as a Certifying Partner and you, our employer. Anyone who holds a safety related position should review these proposed changes.

MHSA regular business hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm.

We are closed for all statutory holidays.

Regional offices will be closed Monday, February 19, 2018 and will return Tuesday, February 20, 2018.
