MHSA would like to draw your attention to an important industry article from WCB regarding the deadline to file your Annual Return.

Make sure you have the proper WCB coverage in place. The deadline to file your Annual Return is February 28, 2015.

Each year employers with workers are required to fill out an Annual Return reporting their workers’ insurable earnings paid in the last year along with what earnings they expect to pay in the upcoming year. This is vital information to ensure that you have proper coverage in place.
