Aspen Custom Trailers - Welder Positions - Edmonton
We Need Welders
We're looking for welders who aren't afraid of heat, hard work, or getting their hands dirty. People who take pride in laying down a perfect bead, solving problems on the fly, and stepping back at the end of the day thinking, "I built that."
This isn't another boring welding job.
This is where steel meets skill.
What You'll Do
Burn rod, run wire, and make metal do exactly what you want.
Read blueprints without pretending you know what they mean.
Fabricate, repair, and build projects that actually matter.
Work with a crew that has each other's backs.
Leave every project stronger than you found it.
You're Our Kind of Welder If...
You know your way around a welder.
You care more about quality than cutting corners.
You can laugh, work hard, and take pride in what you build.
You show up ready to work—not full of excuses.
You believe "good enough" usually isn't.
What's In It For You?
Competitive pay.
A crew that's more family than corporate.
Projects that keep things interesting.
Room to learn, grow, and level up.
The satisfaction of pointing at something massive and saying, "Yeah... I built that."
Think You've Got What It Takes?
If the smell of fresh-cut steel beats the smell of office coffee...
If your favorite soundtrack is grinders, hammers, and welding arcs...
If you believe craftsmanship never goes out of style...
Grab your hood. Bring your skills. Let's build something unforgettable.
